Derating 1 The test voltage of these products is less than 150% of the rated voltage in the Endurance / High Temperature Operating Life Test.
Derating 2 When the product temperature exceeds 105°C, please use this product within the voltage and temperature derated conditions in the figure below.

The estimated useful life under actual operating conditions can be approximated from the chart.
